You can come by to pick up your articles with your card on the next day in which there’s an event. Check the agenda. In the case that you have lost your card and your article is in the cloakroom, you will have to prove that it’s yours with a photo and wait for a week to ensure no one comes for it its card.
Yes we do. The price is 1€ for each piece of clothing. Coats, bags, backpacks, accessories and umbrellas are allowed. Skateboards, scooters, or similar objects are not allowed.

In the case of cancellations, tickets will be automatically refunded in 7 days. In the case of postponed events, the tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot make it to the new date, you will have to contact the selling point for the refund at info@ultimaentrada.com
It’s not needed. In fact, we recommend that you bring it on your phone. Upon arrival, have your ticket ready with the brightness on your phone screen set to max.
Online sales are done through ultimaentrada.com . You can buy them at the door too on the same day of the event. If it’s sold out, you won’t be able to buy them at the door. Some promoters sell tickets in person for their events, but we don’t manage that sale.
Access with food is permitted, but not with drinks or drugs or being under the influence. The security team reserves the right to refuse admission in these cases.
Yes, we have an access ramp and adapted bar and bathroom for disabled people.
Sala X is a free, inclusive, safe and tolerant space. You can come dressed as you like. What isn’t allowed is to stay in the space without clothes nor having a sexist, racist, violent or homophobic attitude. Access to the venue with scooters, skateboards or bicycles also isn’t permitted for security reasons.
Access for minors is permitted only during the concert timetable, until 00:00h. Minors between 1 and 16 must be accompanied by a parent or tutor.
The venue opens every friday and saturday from 21:00h till 23:55h for concerts, and from 1:00h till 6:45h for the dance club. The rest of the days the venue opens depending on the programme, only if there’s something on. Check the agenda.
Sala X is located on José Díaz 7, in the neighbourhood of Macarena-Tres Huertas, a 10 minute walk from the center of Seville. You can get there using public transport with the busses of the lines 3, 6 and 14. There’s a Sevici stop directly opposite the venue and a taxi stop at the door of the Macarena Hospital, 3 minutes walking distance from the venue.
